Momento Mori

A Series Exploring Memory, Form and Transience.

Memento Mori explores the fragile and shifting nature of memory. These objects exist in states of transition; fading, softening, and quietly transforming, becoming metaphors for the way memories are held, altered, and eventually dissolved by time. The images linger between preservation and disappearance, where beauty is found not in permanence, but in traces and remnants.

The work uses shadow, texture, and stillness to create contemplative spaces that feel both intimate and distant. Memento Mori reflects on memory as something delicate and unstable: an act of holding on, even as things inevitably fade.
